If you have Power Automate workflows using the When a business event occurs (V3) trigger, you should probably read this message carefully:
Due to some security changes in the Business Central connector for Power Automate, any workflow that uses this trigger created before June 2024 need a refresh of the webhook subscription used by the trigger.
The easiest way to do that is by opening the workflow details in the Power Automate portal and turn it OFF, wait about one minute, and then turn it ON again.
Please remember that workflows that uses this trigger and created before June and not refreshed might stop working in the coming months (if you forgot to do that now, you can fix the workflow later in the same way as described here).
All workflows created after June 2024 are not affected and will continue to work as usual.
Thanks Blazej for the alert 😉

Hello Demiliani Good afternoon from Mexico, in the company where I work, we plan to create approval flows using power automate but the company only has Business Central licenses, asking in forums I was told that Business Central licenses grant the right of use to create and execute flows using the Business Central connector without having to pay anything, is this correct?
Another thing, to be able to assign someone as an approval user for a flow, this person must have a power automate license?
thank you very much in advance.

Yes this is correct. A BC license gives you the rights to use Power Automate in the context of BC (BC connector). If approvers are BC users, they don’t need a license.
After you assign an approval request to a user, they can respond directly from an Outlook email, a Microsoft Teams adaptive card, or the Power Automate action center if they have a Power Automate license or an Office 365 or a Dynamics 365 license with built-in Power Automate capabilities (like BC).
To use other Premium connectors instead you need a Power Automate license.

Thanks for the answer, I read the licensing guide, but it is not very clear how the rights of use work.
